Solo1 is our first backyard accessory building that requires no permitting. With the same modern detail and construction as our ADU models, we’ve designed a multi-purpose backyard studio for anything you can imagine — garden work studio, fitness & yoga studio, art & music studio.
The Solo 1 highlights its humble origins as a recycled shipping container repurposed for backyard use. Beat the daily commute, step into a luxurious private meeting room for one, or just find some respite from the world.
